All work produced is intended to be used as a model, reference, or research aid in accordance with academic integrity standards.
User Accounts
Registration
To place an order, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Orders and Payments
Placing Orders
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate requirements including:
- Academic level and subject area
- Topic and research questions
- Formatting and citation style requirements
- Deadline and page count
- Any specific instructions from your institution
Pricing
Prices are calculated based on academic level, page count, deadline, and service type. The final price is displayed before order confirmation.
Payment Terms
- Payment is required before work begins

- Prices are subject to change; confirmed orders retain their quoted price

In each case, we revise or rework the affected work at no extra cost until it meets the agreed requirements.
What the Guarantee Does Not Cover
The guarantee does not cover:
- Problems caused by unclear or inaccurate instructions
- Changes beyond the original order scope, which are quoted separately
- Work that meets the stated requirements where the request is a matter of personal preference
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery

Intellectual Property
Ownership Transfer
Upon full payment and final approval, all intellectual property rights to the delivered work transfer to you.
Pre-Transfer Rights
Until payment is complete, all work remains the property of DissertationWritingServices.org.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Submit our work as your own in violation of your institution's academic integrity policies without proper attribution
- Resell, redistribute, or publish work obtained through our service
- Provide false information when placing orders
- Attempt to contact writers outside our platform
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DissertationWritingServices.org shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Damages exceeding the amount paid for the specific order in question
- Academic consequences resulting from misuse of delivered work
- Delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control
